Second trimester week 13 to 26

As your second trimester starts you will hopefully be seeing the back of your morning sickness and starting to get some of that much needed energy back!!

for a One to One aqua natal class, these
classes in the swimming pool are
especially designed for pregnant
ladies. Or how about a pregnancy
yoga or Pilates class, ask your
One to One midwife for details.



During your second trimester, which is week 13
to week 26 you will be offered a second ultrasound scan, this is called the anomaly scan and looks more closely at your baby and its development.


Your bump will be rapidly growing now and your normal clothes will be getting very snug, there are lots of great maternity clothes around to suit your lovely pregnant body, or how about organizing a clothes swap party with some friends who may have already had babies and have some maternity clothes they aren’t using.
